The coaching summaries within this portfolio outline the commitment and dedication of the teachers involved and they clearly demonstrate that learning has taken place at all levels. They also demonstrate that teachers enjoy and benefit from sustained support from each other. Peer coaching can and should inspire teams of teachers to explore each other’s practice so that learning can be reciprocated and built-upon.

Weekly workshops will provide teachers with the theoretical input for each module in collaborative settings, where they will be provided with opportunities to work with their peers to identify how concepts and principles can be applied to their practice.

Throughout the delivery of the mandatory modules, teachers will be supported on a weekly basis in their school settings to ensure that their learning can be realised in practice.
