The School Operations Phase shall commence approximately 20 months prior to planned opening on a mutually agreed date subject to obtaining all the necessary school(s) licenses/permits.
IMPLEMENT PROJECT FIRST STEPS
- Work with the design team.
- Provide a critical path time-lined time table for all the education set-up and fit-out of the school.
- Establish communication with all service and other providers for the development of the school
- Support and advice regarding the school financial plan
Develop an open dialogue with appropriate Ministry of Education personnel and maintain on-going communications
